What is Moonsea club?
The Moonsea Club is a members-only loyalty program that celebrates your passion for exceptional jewellery and your connection with our brand. By becoming a club member, you will unlock a world of exclusive experiences, curated offerings, and VIP treatment that goes beyond the ordinary.
How to redeem Moonpoints for a coupon?
Click on the Rewards pink button in the bottom-left corner, you will see “Ways to redeem”. Once you’ve accumulated a certain amount of Moon points, you can redeem your coupons by clicking “Redeem”.
How to use the coupons?
Once you click the “Redeem” button, you will see an exclusive discount code. Click “Apply Code”, and the discount will be applied automatically to your order. Or copy the code and paste it on the checkout page. The discount code are applicable to either our official website or stores, excluding all the consignment stores.
I have followed @Moonsea.official Instagram account, why haven’t I received Moonpoints?
We recommend trying to unfollow and follow back again. Contact us if the problem remains.
Can I return or edit the coupons?
Coupons are non-returnable and non-editable once they have been issued
Can I transfer the membership/ Moonpoints/ coupons to others?
No, Moon Points are not transferable between accounts. Each member's points balance is specific to their own Moonsea Club membership and cannot be transferred, gifted, or shared with another person.
Will the Moonpoints expire?
No, your Moon Points do not expire. We believe in rewarding our loyal members for their continued support and engagement with our brand. Your points will remain in your account indefinitely, allowing you to accumulate them over time and redeem them at your convenience.
